The speakers not working correctly on plasma, what should I do?

Answer
We need to firstly confirm that the speakers are plugged into the correct areas. Turn the TV off. You will have a red and black cable that connects to the back of the speakers, make sure the black goes in the black and red in the red. On the other end of the cable you will have similar connecters with the same colours please make sure they go into the back of the TV with the matching colours.
