Terms and Conditions
Product Demonstration Service*
1. Please call SAMSUNG Careline at 1-800-88-9999 to make an appointment within two weeks from the date of purchase.
2. Our demonstration service is available from Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 6.00pm, and on Saturdays from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
3. Each product purchased entitles the customer to a one-time demonstration service on the functions and usage of the product.
4. Proof of purchase (purchase receipt and/or product warranty card) has to be presented during the visit.
5. Servicing is not included.
6. Demonstration service is only applicable for new purchases.
Loan Of Temporary Set*
1. A loan set will be provided if the said prestige products cannot be repaired by the second day.
1-Day Express Service*
1. We'll respond within one working day for servicing of the said prestige products.
7-Day Exchange Service*
1. Within 7 days of purchase, SAMSUNG will provide a brand new set in case of manufacturing defects.
2. Exchange date is subject to the availability of the replacement product.
3. An alternative product model of similar value may be offered.
4. This exchange programme does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering, or failure to follow the normal operating procedures outlined in the user manual.
5. Proof of purchase (purchase receipt and/or product warranty card) has to be presented when a SAMSUNG technician is on-site to verify the defect.
6. Defective accessories cannot be the basis for the exchange of a complete new set.
7. This exchange does not apply to any set with minor defects that can be rectified on the spot.
8. SAMSUNG reserves the rights to turn down any exchange not based on the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
